Who can join Nashville All Stars?
The Nashville All-Stars cheer program is open to athletes with intellectual disabilities of all ages and experience levels. Whether you're new to cheerleading or have been cheering for years, we have a place for you!
Does my child need to have prior cheer experience?
Not at all! We welcome athletes of all skill levels. Our coaches will guide and support every athlete as they learn and grow in the sport.
Is there an age requirement to join?
Athletes of all ages are welcome!
Is there a specific time of year to sign up?
Athletes can join the program at any time of the year.
What skills will my child learn?
Athletes will develop cheerleading fundamentals, including motions, jumps, stunts, and dance. They’ll also build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship—valuable skills that go beyond the mat!
When & where are practices held?
Practice times and locations can vary, but generally our teams practice in Franklin, TN on Sunday afternoons. Practices focus on skill-building, teamwork, and preparing for performances and competitions.
Are there any costs involved?
Yes, as with any cheer program, we incur expenses for training facilities, registration fees, uniforms, and other related costs. However, we work hard to keep our program as accessible as possible through fundraisers, grants, and corporate sponsorships.
Do the teams travel for competitions?
Yes! Our Supernovas team competes at major Varsity competitions, while our Cosmic team participates in local showcases.

There are many ways to support our athletes! You can donate, become a sponsor, volunteer, or spread the word about our program. Every contribution helps create more opportunities for our athletes to shine.
