About us

Nashville All Stars is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing cheerleading opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Founded in 2023, we’re home to two teams: Cosmic, our exhibition team, and Supernovas, our competitive team. The Supernovas compete in the CheerAbilities Elite division, making us the first and only team in Tennessee at this level. This division follows Varsity’s official rules, which means coaches can’t assist on the mat—giving athletes a truly competitive experience.

The Cosmics exhibition team offers a supportive space for athletes who are still developing their skills or prefer a non-competitive environment.

Together, both teams reflect our commitment to making cheer accessible, inclusive, and meaningful at every stage.

We welcome athletes of all ages, and for older kids and adults with intellectual disabilities, these opportunities are especially important. As other programs fade away, our cheer program offers a place to keep active, build friendships, and stay connected.
