Welcome!

We’re a competition cheer program for athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We believe everyone deserves the chance to be part of a team, build skills, and experience the excitement of all star cheer.

We’re proud to have the first and only team in the CheerAbilities Elite division in Tennessee, competing alongside the best teams in the country.

Two teams. One mission.

At Nashville All Stars, our program offers two teams designed to bring the excitement of cheer to athletes of all ages and experience levels.

Our athletes train together, learn routines, and perform at local and national competitions. We follow the same structure as traditional all-star teams—practices, choreography camps, and big competition weekends—all in a supportive environment where every athlete can succeed.
